Harnessing Resilience through Resonance

As your homeopathic practitioner, my primary task is help you restore your life to optimal health — psyche (mind and soul) and soma (body).

I do so by listening with unconditional loving presence to identify obstacles that prevent you from living your life to its fullest.

My work is multidimensional, working with the energetic Field that surrounds and connects us, transcending time and space so that we can also work with a broad spectrum of life experiences using multivalent energies such as trance and chakra work as taught in Tantric and shamanic practices.

People often come to homeopathy for help with a physical problem, and homeopathic practitioners help them discover emotional traumas or energetic imbalances underlying the physical state.

By being fully present in the interview, and drawing on a wide variety of spiritual traditions and psychodynamic methods, I can often help clients see for themselves how to recognize and transform these imbalances.

As a result, many clients report finding not only physical well-being but also unbounded joy and self-compassion.

I conduct an initial in-depth interview for 90 minutes to explore all aspects of the physical, emotional, and energetic being.

Follow-up consults usually last 45 minutes and are typically scheduled at four- to six-week intervals, although acute care consults are available if necessary.

While most clients report feeling benefits after just a few months, many clients enjoy the ongoing and unfolding transformation possible through homeopathic treatment and continue to schedule ongoing follow-up appointments at monthly, seasonal, or annual intervals.

What Is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a complete system of healing that today draws on knowledge gained from Eastern and Western healing traditions.

Homeopathic remedies stimulate your innate healing capacity – called the Vital Force in homeopathy and prana in Eastern traditions.

Each remedy contains nanoparticles (very tiny particles) of a substance, including, but not limited to plants, animals, or mineral substances, prepared by repeated dilution and shaking which resonate with your body’s Vital Force.

The basis of homeopathy is that nanoparticles of a substance that can cause symptoms in a healthy person can treat similar symptoms in a person who is ill.

The remedy is selected in its similarity to your individualized symptoms to stimulate your Vital Force so your body can heal itself.

Homeopathy has many advantages over conventional or allopathic medicine:

  • Is green medicine, that is safe for you and our planet.
  • It is non-toxic.
  • It stimulates and strengthens your Vital Force.
  • It is highly effective for people with chemical sensitivities.
  • Its remedies are generally inexpensive.

I practice classical homeopathy, which is especially good for stress-related conditions, have emotional trauma at the onset, or have a mind-body component.

Classical homeopathy is based on the idea that your Vital Force (your body’s healing energy) holds the information about how to be healthy, but it gets thrown out of balance by different physical or emotional traumas.

The well-chosen homeopathic remedy reminds the Vital Force of what it already knows: how to stimulate the body to heal itself in the swiftest, gentlest way possible.

How Do We Know Homeopathy Works?

Homeopathy is part of the conventional healthcare system in many countries around the world, including England, France, Germany, India, Russia, and much of South America.

Medical doctors in these countries commonly use homeopathic medicines or refer patients to their colleagues trained at homeopathic medical schools.

Two hundred years of clinical experience have demonstrated the effectiveness of homeopathic remedies.

In addition, their activity has been demonstrated by scientific studies. Nonetheless, we still see statements in the popular press, even in medical journals, that homeopathy is unscientific and unproven.

There has been extensive testing of homeopathy; however, nearly all of the studies have been conducted abroad, due to lack of funding for research in complementary and alternative medicine here in the US.

The most promising type of research is called outcomes research, which indicates that for many health conditions, homeopathy provides better results, at a lower cost, with fewer side effects and greater patient satisfaction, than conventional medicine.

Perhaps the largest and best demonstration of homeopathy’s effectiveness is the five-year research by the Swiss government, which concluded that homeopathy is as effective as pharmaceutical medicine and at a lower cost.

Unfortunately, most doctors in the US remain unaware of homeopathy’s scientific status because it is not included in the curriculum of American medical schools.

What Is Homeopathy Most Effective For?

Homeopathy is good for a wide variety of conditions in people of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, and even for pets. (The fact that it works in infants and animals tends to dispel the notion of the placebo effect!)

And it works for a wide variety of conditions, whether acute (such as colds, influenza, bee stings, and mosquito bites, cuts, bruises, and sprains) or chronic illness (arthritis, allergies and asthma, hypothyroidism).

The problem may be physical or mental (such as learning disabilities in the young or loss of memory in the elderly), emotional (depression, anxiety, low self-esteem), behavioral (addictive behaviors, emotional and behavior disorders), or energetic (hyperactivity, chronic fatigue).

It also works well for any condition when there is a clear ”Never Been Well Since,” when the patient states ”I’ve never really felt the same since my mother died [or my husband left me, my business partner betrayed me, etc.].”

Many times the homeopathic process helps people discover such connections between their emotions, their life traumas, and their symptoms.
